PatriciaSMITHOn August 5th, Patricia (Pat) of Mary Street, Cilfynydd passed away peacefully at Ysbyty George Thomas, Treorchy.
Beloved Wife of the late Walter, loving Mother of Ryland, doting Grandmother of Rhian, Sian and Niall and Great Grandmother of Daniel, Roman and Daemon. She will be greatly missed by all family and friends.
Resting at Co-op funeral care Pontypridd until the cremation service at 11:00am on Friday 29th August at Glyntaff Crematorium.
